The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Beds were super comfortable and we loved the private outdoor bath! It's also nicely located- short walk through Beitou Park to the hotel from Xinbeitou MRT and then another short walk to get to Thermal Valley and anything else you might want to explore.

The location is very convenient in Xinbeitou and the room is very nice and comfortable with traditional wooden floor. The Chinese-style breakfast is delicious and authentic.

I really loved it’s location - walkable from the station but far enough that it was a quiet place of it’s own. The museum and beautiful public library was also very close by. The private onsen here was fantastic - we seldom saw other folks around and had it all to ourselves. The bed was also SO comfortable. It’s my first time here, but I’ll be sure to return here in my next trip.

We love the comfort of the hotel and the hot spring is another level of experience for my family. Breakfast is great. At night time we walked around the neighborhood was so peaceful and had beautiful gardening sculptures too. Overall perfect!

The location is great and is right opposite to Beitou hot spring museum. It is also easy to access by train (8 to 10 mins walk from train station). The room has its own hot spring bathtub. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Water House is definitely good value for money.

Super nice design. Probably one of the nicest looking hotels I have ever stayed in. I got my own hot spring inside my room and the view of Beitou park.

The location and the breakfast were excellent. Love the chinese and western concept of breakfast options. It’s not buffet style but the food itself is extraordinary.

The suite is spacious. We loved the outdoor area and you have a good view from the hot spring bath. The staff was polite and helpful.

A lot of privacy given and the water bath in the property is really good. After soaking , it relieves all the tension and my family and I really had a good sleep ! Worth the stay !
